This role is responsible for crafting compelling narratives, building relationships with media and partners, and ensuring the visibility and impact of our research across Indonesia and globally. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about translating complex ideas into clear, accessible, and influential messages.
Qualifications:
Excellent command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in communications, preferably in the nonprofit, policy, or academic sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Strong writing/editing skills for quality knowledge products, leadership & teamwork, and good communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., Buffer, Mailchimp, Canva/Adobe, social media analytics).
Network with Indonesian and international media and policy communities is highly desirable.
